The scope of any job is confirmed in a written estimate before work begins.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are written and priced by measured roof area, not living area. Published market ranges shown on this website are dated October 2026 market data, not this business's firm prices; your final price is the one in your written estimate. No price on this website is a guarantee of the price for your roof.
Permits
Permit requirements differ between City of Douglasville addresses and unincorporated Douglas County addresses, and the two offices do not agree in their published guidance. We confirm your address's requirement before quoting and do not publish a permit fee or a blanket trigger as fact.
Scheduling and access
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday are closed. Messages left outside office hours are returned the next business morning. You will need to give us access to the roof and, where relevant, the attic for inspection and work.
Insurance claims
If you file an insurance claim, we can document damage with photos and meet your adjuster on site. We do not negotiate your claim, and we do not waive deductibles. Deductible waiver can be treated as fraud risk under Georgia guidance, so any deductible remains your responsibility unless your policy says otherwise.
Warranties
Any manufacturer product terms that apply to materials used on your roof are those of the manufacturer. This website does not promise a specific workmanship warranty term; any workmanship terms that apply to your job will be stated in your written estimate.
Website content
The content on this website is general information about roofing in Douglasville and Douglas County. It is not legal advice, insurance advice, or a substitute for a written estimate for your property. Pricing ranges, storm history, and code notes are dated October 2026 research and may change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
